Chronicles of the Necromancer German Rights Sold

The Summoner and The Blood King, the first two books in the Chronicles of the Necromancer fantasy adventure series by Gail Z. Martin have had German translation rights sold to German publisher Lubbe. The deal was brokered by the Ethan Ellenberg Literary Agency.

The Blood King is the second book in the Chronicles of the Necromancer series. Book One: The Summoner was released in the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia in late January, and sold through its first printing in three weeks.

Now on its third printing, The Summoner is available in bookstores and online around the world. The Blood King concludes the story of Tris Drayke, an outlaw prince must master his untested spirit magic to avenge his family, unseat a usurper and keep an ancient evil from escaping the abyss.

The Summoner was the launch title release by Solaris Books, the new a UK-based fantasy and science fiction imprint from BL Publishing, the publishing division of industry-leading tabletop games company, Games Workshop. The Chronicles of The Necromancer fantasy adventure series is distributed in the U.S. by Simon & Schuster.
