Aging with Grace Founder to Address Labor Leadership in Atlantic City

– Patricia Grace, Founder and President of Aging with Grace, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Joint Council 53 Annual Leadership Conference in Atlantic City, NJ. More than 250 attendees from PA/NJ/DE will participate in the interactive workshop developed by Ms. Grace to address caregiver stress in the workplace.

Aging with Grace is a Philadelphia based company that provides professional geriatric care management services in several states across the country. Ms. Grace is a Certified Senior Advisor, National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers Member, Case Management Society of America Member, American Society on Aging Member, repeat guest on Retirement Living television, and an expert with 16 years of experience in the elder care industry.
Ms. Grace will present "Caregiver Stress in the Workplace" to discuss the impact care giving on families and on labor unions health and welfare funds, the maze of elder care options, and practical solutions for those with aging relatives. Elder care giving is becoming one of the most important family issues in the workplace. The emotional and financial costs quickly mount as an estimated 21% of all US households provide care for an adult family member.
