Sigmasoft released Ajax sortable dhtml data grid for displaying and in-line editing

(PRLEAP.COM) Sigmasoft has recently released new version Ajax sortable dhtml data grid "Sigma grid 1.6.0".Written in pure javascript, Sigma grid is designed for displaying and in-line editing data in a scrollable and sortable table. Beside in-line editing, keyboard data navigation, sortable and frozen columns, CSV / XML /JSON supporting, the new version brings more exciting features.

Huge dataset supported
Developers can load thousands rows of data into grid in one time. Slice rendering could help you increase user experience. When this mode activated, every time the vertical scroll bar is dragged, grid will determine which rows are visible and paint them out. Paging output enable developer display data page by page. Data will not be retrieved from server side until end user come to the page it is at.

Lockable header and column
This feature enable developers to keep some columns and/or header always visible in spite of user scrolling grid. Similar to the window freeze panes option in MS Excel.

Nested Headers
With this grid, developer could span the grid column headers, which is very useful to group columns under a category.

Powerful aggregate calculation
Build-in functions(min, max, avg, sum, count) help developer calculate aggregates on client side. What is more, this grid can calculate aggregate group by group without any request to server side.
