SearchCamp, India's first unconference on Search opens registrations.

SearchCamp, India's first unconference session on search market strategies has opened registrations for its first session that would be held at Chennai. The two day camp, scheduled for 6th and 7th of October would host panel discussions and guest sessions to discuss key issues within the industry as well as provide basic training and advanced strategy and tactics for industry professionals.

SearchCamp organiser Ezhil Raja said that the aim is to have a national camp that brings together the search industry experts where online marketers can learn from local and international industry marketing experts. Leading blogger Kiruba Shankar added that in addition to picking up practical knowledge from experts, SearchCamp.in is a wonderful opportunity for networking with search engine professionals.

The overall co-ordination for this event is being done by The Knowledge Foundation, the same group that is behind events such as Barcamp Chennai, Blogcamp, WikiCamp.in and Proto.in. Sessions in SearchCamp would cover various aspects and recent trends in Search Engine Optimisation, Pay Per Click campaigns and the role of Analytics.
