(PRLEAP.COM) August 28, 2007 – Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Back to school shopping is more than buying supplies, for some, it’s all about the fashion. Kathleen Colussy, lead Fashion Design faculty member of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, www.artinstitutes.edu/fortlauderdale, offers her expert tips for how students can prepare for the next academic year and look trendy and stylish.

“Fashion is not static, it is organic and constantly changing,” says Colussy who is not only an instructor but also author of five college textbooks on digital designing and research. “A fashion trend reflects the prevailing direction a style is moving in.
