Magic for Marissa Fundraiser Announced for September 8, 2007
(PRLEAP.COM) SANTA CLARA, CA— Mission City in Santa Clara, CA will be the host venue for the Magic For Marissa event on September 8, 2007.
The benefit is being organized to raise money for Marissa Montufar, 13, of San Jose, CA, who is battling cervical cancer.
All proceeds from Magic for Marissa will be designated to cover ongoing treatments not covered by her family’s medical insurance.
Performers scheduled for the event is rock/funk/comedy band Roadside Attraction, Last Comic Standing’s Justin McClure, R&B/hip hop group Jonah and Timeless, Yayne Abeba, and Beth Schumann, along with special surprise guests..
Those who cannot attend the event will be able to hear a live broadcast of the show on JusticeRadio.net at 8:00PM Pacific time.
