"Rock And Roll Housewife" album release extravaganza
The album tackles the everyday life of a housewife, from what to do with the FedEx man, how to buy appliances at Sears, and when it’s time to resort to yelling at the top of your lungs. This superb singer/songwriter is releasing her third album with a scrumptious sound recipe comprised of 2 teaspoons Jane Siberry, 1 heaping tablespoon Bjork, and a pinch of Imogen Heap.
To open the evening, charming trickster Nelson Lugo will be performing feats of magic. The show will close with a stellar line-up of NYC singers including Kari Steinert, Lisa Hogan, Valerie Morris and special guest star Jonatha Brooke, performing an a cappella choral piece written by Renee called “Goodnight, Sweet Earth”
