Smethport, Pennsylvania Sept. 03, 2006: Disabled Army Veteran Captain Daniel W. Merrick, Ph.D. announces RDJ Catalog, Inc. is restructuring to go public powered by Amazon.Com. "The corporation has installed new Information technology on our internet service provider to allow for faster ordering response powered by Amazon search for access to more products", announced Dan Merrick, RDJ Catalog, Inc. President. Merrick is the author of business and economics title 'Instructions To Money: From Welfare To Millionaire', published by Outskirts Press. When asked how book sales were going Dan comically responded Reminiscent of a GEICO commercial: "My publisher saved me a ton of advertising dollar by listing my book on Google Book Search". Signed copies of Dan's book can be found online at www.InstructionsToMoney.Net

The corporate restructure is to allow for 51% ownership of the management owned shares of RDJ Catalog, Inc. by Disabled Army Veteran Captain Daniel W. Merrick,Ph.D. This will allow special status which is pending on applications for US Government contacts. The laws in place require government contracting officials to use small disadvantaged businesses owned by disabled veterans for procurement of products the government buys. "These potential contracts could hopefully mean millions in generated revenue", Dan Said. On September first the corporation placed disclosures on it's web site for pending filings of Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as a Vendor for Central Contractors Registration (CCR). The CCR file was completed online on September first this year and applications for 8(a) SBA status were completed for mailing the start of business next week. "There is no guarantee that the Small Business Administration will approve our applications, but it appears to be just a formality", Dan Said; " RDJ Catalog Corp. is in a HUBzone". The HUBZone Program stimulates economic development and creates jobs in urban and rural communities by providing Federal contracting preferences to small businesses. These preferences go to small businesses that obtain HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) certification in part by employing staff who live in a HUBZone. RDJ Catalog, Inc. is preparing to file letters and required documentation with the SEC for a reverse merger. Merrick said, "the recent web updates will allow us to better monetize web ordering for our online customers. Amazon was a perfect fit allowing corporate management to concentrate on expansion plans over the next 5 years. Our goal is to develop several divisions within the company including the government contracting as PSC - FSC (Product Service Code - Federal Supply Classification) providers, Expanding direct marketing personnel, and increasing share value with high equity real estate acquisitions. We plan on opening new offices and hiring over the next year to staff operations in Bradford, Smethport, and the surrounding area".

A less costly way of going public is a reverse merger into an existing public shell company. Expenses range from $100,000 to $500,000. A private operating company is merged into the public shell company, which becomes the legal surviving entity. The name of the company is usually changed to the name of the former private company and controlling shares are transferred to the officers of the former private company. After the merger, additional stock offerings to the public can be used to raise more capital. RDJ Catalog, Inc. is planning a reverse merger with a pink sheet OTCBB shell to facilitate expansion and recapitalization using present equity value of the corporation assets. Merrick stated that he was working with Ann Robinson, coordinator of the Business Resource Center at the University of Pittsburgh Bradford to structure business and marketing plans in preparation to the reverse merger. "If all things go as planed, RDJ Catalog, Inc. will attract new investors and employees and have the economy in the area doing the 'Real Deal Jump'®. With the recent lose of jobs in that area from the Adelphia debacle in neighboring Coudersport, the prospects of new jobs in the area are welcome news.
