Pharmacy OneSource Adds Three New Members to Board of Directors

(PRLEAP.COM) Bellevue, Wash. –– Pharmacy OneSource, Inc., software as a service provider to more than 1,000 hospitals in the United States, today announced an expansion of their board from seven directors to 10. Brian Bremer, Jerry K. Myers and Robert B. Rothermel have been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors.

Brian Bremer serves on the board of a number of privately-held companies in the healthcare field. Brian has a BS/BNS from the University of Wisconsin.

Jerry K. Myers has a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. He also serves on the board of a number of privately-held companies in the healthcare field.

Bob Rothermel previously served as a partner at Deloitte & Touche for nearly 30 years and serves as a director on a number of privately-held healthcare company boards. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University.

All three of these new directors are partners in CroBern Management Partnership II LLP.

These three new members join Terry Gibbons, Tim Gibbons, Keith Streckenbach, Gregory Baldwin, Tim Sahouri, Philip Seeger and Ron Taylor on the Board of Directors.
