In the early September this year, a protocol between the two companies Sixt Rent a Car Portugal and Algarve Rental - Alliance Ltd. has been signed to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction in various aspects within the car rental industry.

Sixt will provide to all the Algarve Rental customers a swift and personalized service, attending them directly at Faro, Lisbon, Porto and Funchal airport.
This pact not only offers a complete new fleet to their customers, but also offers a high quality level to competitive prices.

Sixt is already well known for their always fast renewing fleet as well as for their personalized customer attending at their desks worldwide. As one of the leading car hire companies throughout Europe, they ensure a 24/7 emergency assistance in case it is needed.

Algarve Rental founded in the year 2000, started as a small 3 employee company, serving their customers only at Faro airport. Over the last seven years, they have grown into a 25 employee company with yearly over 10.000 reservations in Portugal and Spain.
"Our main concern is the overall satisfaction of our customers and to offer them our service to fair prices" says the CEO of Alliance Ltd., Luis Rodrigues. “This is why the company grows continuously but still doesn’t lose their personalized touch with our customers, as it often happens in big companies. Every customer is unique and so they are attended.”

Spokesperson of Sixt Portugal says that the possibility of a European wide partnership is in discussion but wouldn't discuss this matter further until everything is settled.
