On a scuba diving trip to the Florida Keys, owners Beth White and Holli Gibson began brainstorming about how to outfit Ellie in unique styles to exemplify her personality. Holli’s extensive background as a designer for children’s and women’s apparel for over 10 years led to the plan of offering these unique styles not just to Ellie, but to children like her everywhere. Holli was delighted to be back in the thick of designing after a 7 year hiatus as a mom with 2 young children of her own. Her experience designing for boutique stores in Dallas, Texas as well as large retail chains, such as Victoria’s Secret and Nordstrom’s brings a depth of experience to the design and production process which is not often found in online boutique clothing companies.
