Complete Landsculpture Announces New General Manager-C.O.O.

(PRLEAP.COM) Complete Landsculpture, a Dallas based landscape design and architecture company announced the appointment of a new General Manager – C.O.O., Jim Malone. Jim’s background is perfectly suited to take Complete Landsculpture from the successes to date and execute the goals and objectives that the management team has set forth in the business plan for the next 3-5 years.

Recently retired from Southwest Airlines, Jim filled many capacities regionally and progressed to national company wide initiatives. For the first five years of Jim’s career, he worked in finance and then he transferred into the technical services department. His career continued as he took o the role of Facilities Contract Negotiator in the General Counsel Department. It is there that he mastered excellent contract negotiation skills, which prepared him for the next step of Senior Buyer – Contract Services.

Previously Jim owned and operated his own landscape company “Custom Lawn Maintenance & Landscape Design” for eight years. To the benefit of the Complete Landsculpture team, he has come back to the creation and development of beautiful gardens.

A few of his key objectives for the company are to keep Complete Landsculpture on the cutting edge as the company continues to grow and evolve with the changing environment. These include water conservation, water recovery, and eco friendly planting programs; and promote the use of drought tolerant planting material through a design and installation process.
The other objective will be in the human resource area. It is Jim’s philosophy as he states, “If we take care of our people first they will naturally take care of our clients. Building upon the great reputation of Complete Landsculpture and continuing to develop strong core values will breed character and integrity among all of the employees and the rest takes care of itself.”
