Landmark Communications Acquires InternetSeer

Norfolk, Virginia – (September 15, 2007) - Landmark Communications Inc. has acquired the business of InternetSeer.com Corp., a provider of website monitoring and marketing services to more than 1 million small businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Key members of the InternetSeer management team will continue to remain in place and operate the company.

InternetSeer provides website monitoring services through both its InternetSeer and AtWatch brands, and web-focused marketing services through its EnterURL brand.

The acquisition continues Landmark’s strategy of acquiring leading providers of Internet services and online marketing solutions with excellent growth opportunities. “InternetSeer provides valuable website monitoring services to a large and growing base of online businesses,” said Michael Alston, President of Landmark Interactive, a division of Landmark Communications. “We’re encouraged by the company’s recent success in expanding its loyal customer base and look forward to providing additional services to help our customers monitor and grow their online businesses.“
