New YA Novel, Surviving Serendipity, coming January '08

(PRLEAP.COM) Palmerton, PA—September - On July 13th, 2007, author Jacquelyn Sylvan signed a contract with Quake to publish her debut novel, Surviving Serendipity. The novel, a Young Adult Fantasy, is slated for release in January of 2008.

Surviving Serendipity follows June, a young woman torn from her home on Earth and sent across the galaxy, where she must save an imperiled planet from a sinister threat, and save its inhabitants from themselves.

Jacquelyn is an alumni of Pleasant Valley High School, and Northampton Community College, where she graduated in 2002 with an Associate in Journalism degree.
