TravelWorm Acquires nPorta's Travel Technology Assets

The nPorta assets include an established internet booking engine, TravelASP, which powers in excess of 200 travel websites for third parties along with a newly developed hotel booking module and a meta search platform, FareQuest.com. The acquisition accelerates TravelWorm’s expansion into becoming a full service online travel agency offering a wide array of both travel content and packages.
