Michigan Lawyers Weekly Expands Reporting Staff with Addition of Natalie Lombardo

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.– Michigan Lawyers Weekly— the premier weekly publication for the legal profession in the state of Michigan— has expanded their writing staff, adding reporter Natalie Lombardo. In this role, she is responsible for writing news and feature articles focused on Michigan courts and current trends in the legal community for the publication.

Before joining Michigan Lawyers Weekly, Lombardo worked as a reporter for The Oakland Press focusing on human-interest features, crime and breaking news and business and political articles. Lombardo also covered nine communities and several school districts throughout Oakland County.

For her work, Lombardo has been honored with The Oakland Press Best Feature in 2006 for her article, “Staying Vigilant.” She also received first place for “Pontiac at the Crossroad” in the Investigative Reporting category in 2005 from the Society of Professional Journalists and second place in the Public Service category from the Michigan Associated Press Editorial Association.

Lombardo earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Mich.

Lombardo is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists. She currently resides in Rochester, Mich.
