AW Cleaning Services Announces Leadership Change

(PRLEAP.COM) AW Cleaning Services (AWCS), a privately held company headquartered in Houston Texas announced today that as of October 1st, 2007 Co-President and COO, O’Brian Woods will become the sole President and CEO of the company. AW Cleaning Services is a division of Aker and Woods Inc.,a leader in providing marketing and administrative back-office services to small to midsize cleaning companies that focus on the residential cleaning industry.

Raymond Aker who has served as Co-President and CEO of AWCS since co-founding the company in June of 2001 will step in as interim COO. Mr. Aker will continue to play a significant role in the day-to-day operations of AWCS until the company is able to find a suitable replacement. Once a new COO has joined the team, Mr. Aker will be moving on to become the Chairman and CEO of Bidmycleaning.com an ecommerce company that will be launched to the public by early December 2007. He will continue his involvement with AWCS as Chairman.
