Amara Development with its new President Lourd Leo James Homecillo splits off from Asia Pacific Contact Solutions

Amara Development - previously known in Cebu as Asia Pacific Contact Solutions has reached its targeted hiring rate of 80%. This hiring rate has been maintained in the last 3 classes deployed into the different call centers here in Cebu.

Asia Pacific Contact Solutions - a group of young individuals, most graduated from the same school, and some belonging to the circle of friends started its test operations in July 2007 with its first class held in a rented space near Fuente Osmeña. At the beginning of its test classes, APCS aimed to reach an 80% hiring rate. Recently, in the last 3 classes from August to September, 80% of its graduates have landed in a job in the different call centers here in Cebu - thus proving the quality of people being produced by its Cebu Trainers.

Early September, APCS - Cebu Training Team Lead Lourd Leo James Homecillo decided to split off the APCS core and form the Amara Development.

Amara Development is not a company, but an assistance help desk, that aims to provide better quality of living for those who wants to land a job in the call center but focuses more on Human and Business Development. For the last 7 months, that Mr. Homecillo, has actively distributed online invitations to American, European and Asian people, a sufficient number of responses came… but out of these responses, 2 of which has successfully opened and started its operations in Cebu City. Mr. Alhajit Kurei and Mr. John and Mrs. Jean Thompson are the first people to experience the Amara Development way of service.

Successful for the last 7 months, Amara Development aims to provide excellent and good quality service to all its future clients.
