WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR THE LEGAL AND MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING PROJECT

(PRLEAP.COM) South Elgin, Illinois – Ware Malcomb is a leading design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Chicago office is proud to announce that design has been completed and construction has begun for The Medical and Legal Arts Building project located at the corner of McDonald Road and Robin Glen Lane in South Elgin, Illinois. Sherman Health is the first floor anchor tenant in the building. The project is being developed by KR2, LLC located in Glenview, Illinois.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for this 32,404 square foot, two-story legal and medical office building. The building design includes a large porte-cochere at the south façade, with the building being constructed of precast concrete and brick veneer.
