RBI RETAIL BROKERS EXPANDS WITH BROKERAGE OFFICE IN LONGMONT, COLO.

(PRLEAP.COM) LONGMONT, Colo. – RBI Retail Brokers, one of the largest retail-focused brokerage companies in the Southwest, has recently added its second Colorado location in Longmont, located at 2101 Ken Pratt Blvd, Suite 200.

This office joins RBI’s recently established Greenwood Village brokerage office. Both locations will be run by Vice President Darren Lazenby.

“We saw a definite need in the Denver area for a retail brokerage with experience and industry expertise,” said Lazenby. “RBI is a solid brokerage with nine offices throughout the Southwest. We will be able to truly leverage off of RBI’s reputation and relationships with national clients to bring the best possible service to Colorado.”

RBI Retail Brokers has also recently hired Brent Wilson, formerly a broker associate with Gibbons-White, Inc. in Boulder, as a retail specialist in the company’s new Longmont office.

Wilson has more than a decade of experience in the industry focusing on retail and land. He has worked with many clients, from multi-national corporations to local governments including the Town of Vail and the City of Boulder. In the past year, he has completed 44 deals totaling more than 108,000 square feet of space.

“Brent is a solid addition to the RBI team,” said Lazenby. “He has a deep background in the industry and has certainly established himself as an industry veteran in Colorado.”

Wilson earned a master’s degree in Land Planning from the University of Florida’s College of Architecture. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
