WEB FILTERING COMPANY BLOXX BRINGS NEW CHAIR TO THE INTERNATIONAL TABLE

Bloxx, the European enterprise web filtering specialist, today announced that Ian McNair has joined the company as non-executive chairman. With a proven track record in growing international sales and business expansion for technology companies, McNair will be heavily involved setting up and integrating business operations in new markets such as Holland, Germany and the United States.

McNair, has previously held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard and Compaq, including vice president of Sales Operations for EMEA for HP, vice president of Enterprise Supply Chain EMEA for HP and vice president of Computer Business Operations EMEA for Compaq. Previous to joining Compaq in 1995, McNair spent 17 years in a series of management positions at IBM. McNair brings his vast amount of experience of managing businesses growth and developing international sales and, to assist Bloxx in immediate plans to expand its business.
