CHICAGO (June 2005) – Love your Labrador? Prize your Poodle? Cherish your Chihuahua? Beginning June 2005, SCOOZI!, located at 410 W. Huron, devotes its outdoor patio to guests and their favorite furry friends in honor of “Doggie Dining.” Every Monday, from 5:30 to 9 p.m., pooches will feel the puppy love when you bring them to SCOOZI! for an evening of canine companionship and delicious doggie treats.

SCOOZI! hosts “Doggie Dining,” which will give owners a chance to dine with their furry friends as well as select items from SCOOZI!’s exclusive doggie menu. Customers will chow chow on the unparalleled Italian cuisine of SCOOZI!, while their pampered pooches relax and enjoy such treats from Tails in the City as Canine Cannoli or Puppy Pizza.

An Italian Renaissance Trattoria, SCOOZI! focuses on high-quality seasonal ingredients pulled from the many regions of Italy. Marked by rich, mahogany wood and leather banquettes, the airy loft setting offers both snug nooks for intimate dining and large tables for group entertaining, offering accommodations for parties of two to 350. Large Italian windows separate cozy dining sections from the 310-seat dining room.

SCOOZI!, is open for dinner seven nights a week. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Private catering services are available for special events.
