Adam Cohen and David Turner of FTI Consulting will Present at The Masters Conference on October 25th and 26th

ORLANDO, Florida (October 5, 2007) — The Masters Conference announced that David Turner and Adam Cohen, both of FTI Consulting, will speak at this years’ conference. David Turner will speak on Thursday, October 25th on the topic of “Financial Data Discovery Under the New Rules.” Adam Cohen will speak on October 26th on the topic of “Cost Containment Strategies.”

Adam I. Cohen is a senior managing director in the FTI Technology practice. He is based in New York. Cohen is a nationally recognized expert in electronic discovery and electronic information management policy issues. He advises on planning and implementation issues associated with every phase of electronic discovery in litigations and investigations as well as electronic information management policies and practices, including: proactive litigation readiness and regulatory compliance, complying with electronic preservation obligations and avoiding spoliation sanctions, crafting and responding to discovery requests targeting electronic information, and cost containment strategies.

David Turner is a director in the FTI Technology practice. He is based in Washington, D.C. Turner specializes in financial and enterprise data analytics, assisting clients in structuring transactions and processes to reduce legal and other risks. Turner has more than 10 years of experience providing litigation, dispute and financial consulting, insurance claims, and bankruptcy and distress corporate services to clients in a variety of matters.

During the 2006 Masters Conference: E-Practice in the Electronic Age, more than 200 participants learned from industry experts as to what might happen once the new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure took effect that December.
