Become a Student Brand Manager at VC Poker

(PRLEAP.COM) October 4, 2007 – A new promotion at VC Poker is giving students the chance to combine their love for online poker with their entrepreneurial talents. VC Poker’s Brand Manager Programme is designed to help students put their poker skills to the test for cash via a series of freeroll competitions. The top players will then compete in a live tournament in Prague and will have the opportunity to host their own exclusive $10,000 freeroll competition at VC Poker on March 31, 2008.

Students that qualify in the Brand Manager Programme will receive several perks, including VIP access to VC Poker’s special poker events. Entry into a qualifying competition will allow students to compete for a guaranteed seat in the VC Student Poker Championships in Prague and a private $10,000 freeroll competition solely for their own group of friends along with several other key attractions.

The Brand Manager programme will also give students a personalised web-page on VC Poker.com along with a branded marketing tool-kit, membership cards and a VC affiliate account. Further materials promoting the Brand Manager Programme such as T-shirts and poker cards are also up for grabs.

Students interested in participating in the programme are encouraged to organise a poker group or society at their local university. Students can use their business and management skills to promote the society and to encourage fellow students to start playing poker in the VC Student Poker Championships. Every player that registers with VC Poker is assigned to their respective Brand Manager’s affiliate account, increasing each Brand Manager’s chance of playing in the live Prague final.

To register for the Brand Manager Programme, simply submit an application form and sign up for an affiliate account at VC Poker. This site helps to keep track of the players each student signs up and the revenues they accrue. The success of each student as Brand Managers will be ranked and the top ten performers displayed on the Brand Manager Leader board.

When the Brand Manager Programme concludes on 31 March, 2008, the top three students will be rewarded with hosting VC Poker’s exclusive $10,000 Freeroll tournament for the players they have recruited. The top students will also receive seats to a 30 player tournament where a guaranteed prize pool of $5,000 will be won and a further five seats to the VC Poker Student Championships in Prague will be awarded to the top Brand Managers.
