The community of Clariden Ranch is conveniently located in Southlake, the heart of the DFW Metroplex along the Hwy 114 corridor that links DFW Airport and Alliance Airport. Take Hwy 114 West to Whites Chapel Road in Southlake, turn right and go 2 miles north to King Ranch Road and turn left at the entrance to Clariden Ranch. The WFAA Sens8tional Homes located at 3604 Sunrise Ranch Road and 512 Rancho Laredo Trail are 5,000 and 7,250 square feet homes respectively.
Michael Garabedian of Garabedian Properties has drawn on his years of experience to create these two masterpieces. Garabedian Properties has been building luxury homes in northern Tarrant County and southern Denton County for over 10 years. The company is owned and operated by the Garabedian Family with support from a team of skilled craftsman, dedicated contractors and a spectacular staff. Michael Garabedian is Builder and President. Cindy Garabedian, Mike’s wife, assists with décor, theme concepts, floor plans and designs. Mike has resided in Tarrant County for about 30 years and currently lives in north Keller with Cindy and their three beautiful daughters Elizabeth, Victoria & Catherine.
Garabedian Properties has a full time interior designer, Cindy Jones, on staff to work exclusively with homeowners on every aspect of the design and selection process. Her complimentary services make it all seem easy and allow the homeowner the opportunity to personalize their home with countless unique touches. Kim Curtis handles administrative duties and David Vance oversees construction of the homes.
Mike Garabedian is the first builder in Tarrant County to achieve the Texas Star Builder designation from the Texas Residential Construction Commission. Garabedian Properties continues to receive independent third party and professional confirmation of their dedication and professionalism.
Southlake has become one of the most desired addresses in the Metroplex. Its prestigious, upscale neighborhoods and peaceful country ambience beckon families seeking both the proximity of the big city and the serenity of small town living. Clariden Ranch, a residential community of fine custom homes on one acre wooded lots, complete with private schools is quietly making a name for itself as an uncommonly peaceful residential retreat in Southlake.
TSRHC opened its doors to the children of Texas in 1921, when a Dallas orthopedic surgeon and a group of Texas Masons recognized a growing need to provide superior medical care regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Supported solely through generous donations from individuals, corporations and foundations, TSRHC has emerged as one of the nation’s leading pediatric centers for the treatment of orthopedic conditions, certain related neurological disorders and learning disorders, such as dyslexia. There is no charge to patient families for treatment at the hospital, and admission is open to Texas children from birth to 18 years of age.
