Award-winning Ambrosia Restaurant Features Thanksgiving Celebration

The world class, multiple award-winning Ambrosia Restaurant is pleased to announce a special Thanksgiving dinner with a 4-course menu prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Rossi. Dinner reservations are available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Prices are $60 for adults and $20 for a special children’s menu.

The 5-star menu features a choice of starters including Pumpkin Risotto Croquette with Mild Mushrooms, Pan Seared Scallops, Dungeness Crab Raviolis or Pan Seared Foie Gras. The next course offers a choice of a Baby Spinach Salad or Maine Lobster and Sweet Corn Chowder. Guests can pick from five featured entrees on the menu including “Bourbon Red Heritage” Turkey, Berkshire Pork Loin, California Striped Bass, Portabello Mushroom Crêpes and Entrecôte of Prime Black Angus Beef. The bountiful feast is concluded with dessert offerings of Blueberry Panna Cotta, Pumpkin Crême Brûlee, Warm Apple Crostada or Chocolate Chip Brioche Bread Pudding. While dining, Ambrosia guests will experience the beautiful sounds of acclaimed jazz vocalist Chris Williams.

The Ambrosia Restaurant features hundreds of varieties of the finest international and domestic wines by the bottle and the glass. The international wine selection represents different regions of France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and more. Domestic wines are available from Napa, Sonoma, Alexander and Columbia Valleys, Washington, and more.

The world class Ambrosia Restaurant is located on the second floor of the OC Pavilion. The OC Pavilion theatre features varied acts on the main stage including musical concerts, comedy shows, theatre, dance, and more. Downstairs is the Vault VIP Lounge, formerly a bank vault that has been transformed into Orange County’s newest jazz venue. The Vault VIP Lounge currently features a Friday night jazz series along with live jazz before and after the main stage entertainment.
