(Nashville, TENN. — October 12, 2007) When Toby Keith's single of "Love Me If You Can" went to number one on the R&R Country chart this week, the Corlew Music Group Publishing Company celebrated its third chart topper in six months.

Corlew Music Group has had two other number one records in the last six months, both co-written by Tim Owens. "Settlin" by Sugarland went to number one on May 7th and Brad Paisley's "Ticks" peaked on June 18th.

"In the time it normally takes for a song to climb the chart to the #1 position, Corlew Music Group has had 3 #1's. We are so grateful for our good fortune, and we feel honored to work with the amazingly talented writers, artists, producers and players who make these songs come to life," said David Corlew.

Corlew Music Group was initially established in 1999 as a joint venture with Windswept Pacific. It is now a joint venture with Windswept / Bug Music. With more than 100 songs cut, "Love Me If You Can" makes the company's 6th #1.
