Roger Kenney Earns Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) And Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES) Designations
The CRS designation is the symbol of excellence in residential real estate. Kenney joins the referral network of more than 39,000 REALTORS® across the countries that have the advanced training and transaction requirements to be a CRS.
The SRES course, designed and conferred by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®, addresses includes topics such as distinguishing characteristics and trends related to the 55 and over population, housing, finance and retirement income considerations of those consumers; outreach methods for building 55 and over clientele; and counseling strategies to help clients and customers plan ahead for life transitions.
Kenney has been a with the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Cary Parkway office for two years. He holds a B.A.A. and a M.A. and is a member of the Hughes Kenney real estate team with Ann Hughes. He is a volunteer with the Raleigh Youth Hockey Association (RYHA) and resides in Cary with his wife, Celeste, and two sons Matt and Marc.
