WEB HOST and VIRTUAL EXHIBIT DEBUT SHIMMERY'S ONLINE OPENING!

Two contemporary art lovers and long time gallery enthusiasts, Laura and Ken Mackiewicz, opened Shimmery Gallery in 2004 after retiring from busy careers. With a successful three year run behind them, they decided to take their artists on line where art sales are climbing. The Gallery intends to build relationships between artist and collectors by bringing both sides together in a personal environment. WEB HOST, David Robertson, will be on board to welcome all visitors with his creative flare. Along with hosting the site, David will also provide insights on art techniques and tutorials.

Every 6-8 weeks, the gallery will host a VIRTUAL EXHIBIT of a selected artist's work for collectors to personally get to know the artist. CONNIE KASSAL, a well known artist and art professor will kick off the new online season. Her work is beautiful and intriguing, her discussion on the why's, fascinating.
