Gateshead based number plate specialist CapePlates (http://www.capeplates.co.uk) has announced their investment in new web-servers in order to cope with the extra demand through their popular online number plate store.

Bob O'Donnell, Managing Director of CapePlates said "Over the past 12 months our website has grown in popularity to the point where we felt our infrastructure needed to expand in order to cope with the added demand for our service. Customer satisfaction is always our priority and that includes ensuring that our website is accessible 24 hours a day - 7 days a week."

Neil Turner of Acopic (developers of the CapePlates website) added "With a database of over 30 million registrations to search and buy online, it's essential that CapePlates have the right architecture in place to cope with the high amount of traffic they receive. These new purchases will help ensure CapePlates continued success."
