Invicta Wireless recently upgraded to the Long Jump platform developed by Relationals. The new platform automates most of Invicta Wireless operations systems leading to customers saving over 50% over retail prices for Helio products and services.

The new platform also allows Invicta Wireless and customers to track their order process from placing the order all the way to delivery and account management.

Our recent conversation with Invicta Wireless Operations Manager Iana Petruk revealed that Invicta Wireless is the only wireless provider on this new platform and by leveraging the 360 Customer Manager application within Long Jump, Invicta Wireless has already seen an increase in customer attachment ratio by over 40%.
