Vegas comedian wins 2007 American Idol Comedy Contest

Don Barnhart Jr can now add "award winning comedian" to his already extensive resume with his recent win of this year's American Idol Underground's Comedy Contest. Barnhart was already a national headliner at the top comedy clubs across the country like the Improv and Punchline as well as one of the most requested acts on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

The American Idol Underground is the online version of the popular television show with 13 different genres including comedy.

Not only is Don Barnhart Jr an accomplished comedian, he is also the creator and host of The Freedom of Speech Comedy Series coming to Turner Networks Jan, 2008.

Barnhart also wrote, directed and stars in the indie feature China Dolls. A gripping look at the world of human trafficking.
