XP Events will continue to oversee merchandise concessions at NBA All-Star arenas, NBA All-Star Jam Session, hotels and other locations throughout the All-Star host city. XP Events will also collaborate with the NBA and its licensees to develop custom apparel products and memorabilia for the event.
“Our partnership with XP Events has been successful in expanding the NBA All-Star retail presence within the All-Star city and we look forward to working with the XP team on future All-Star events,” said Brian Keegan, Senior Director, NBA Apparel, Sporting Goods and Basketball Partnerships.
“Working with the NBA has been a great experience and we plan to have a highly visible retail presence in New Orleans for 2008 NBA All-Star. Having multiple touch points throughout the city was a key factor to our success at All-Star 2007 in Las Vegas and we plan to use that model for future All-Stars,” said Alan Fey, President of XP Events.
