Politis Communications Hires Two BYU-Idaho Interns
(PRLEAP.COM) DRAPER, Utah – Politis Communications, a strategic communications agency, today announced the hiring of Maura Bukey-Lansford as senior intern and Ryan Littleford as intern.Bukey-Lansford will be responsible for assisting the agency in services such as writing, program planning and account management and will work primarily with clients Marketing Experiments and StoresOnline, among others. Littleford will assist in services provided to Adaptive Lighting & Controls, HandHeld Entertainment and PC Laptops.

Prior to joining Politis Communications, Bukey-Lansford served as an intern with Crosby-Volmer International Communications in Oklahoma City where she worked primarily with Capital Resource Center and Wilson Research Strategies acquiring both print and radio coverage for both clients. Bukey-Lansford also produced a full public relations campaign for the City of Rexburg, Idaho. As the primary media writer for this campaign, her press releases resulted in coverage in regional media outlets.
Bukey-Lansford earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-Idaho). While at BYU-Idaho, Bukey-Lansford worked as a staff reporter for the BYU-Idaho student newspaper, The Scroll. Concurrently, she served as the PR director for the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).
Littleford is a senior at BYU-Idaho and will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in communications and minors in Spanish and business management. He has worked as a staff writer for The Scroll and is a member of PRSSA.
