LOCAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY INTRODUCES FORUM FOR WEARY CONSUMERS

(PRLEAP.COM) Jon Shehan, Licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Metro City Realty & Condos, Inc. in Orlando, Florida, in conjunction with his marketing team, has devised a unique and effective approach to sharing these questions and answers with consumers.

Based on information gathered through focus groups, he has created an online forum entitled "Ask the Pro". The intent is to publish both the questions that he, his agents and local professionals are asked, as well as answers to those questions. The forum is known to internet-savvy individuals as a “blog”. A complete tutorial will also be available to the blog’s visitors. Blog entries will include links to pertinent information from respected websites, articles from trusted authorities and direct responses from leaders in their respective fields. Consumers are also invited to submit questions and every effort will be made to provide an answer within 24 hours of submission!

Metro City Realty & Condos, Inc. has enlisted the help of carefully selected professionals, including Ulysses Gonzalez of Metro City Mortgage, Inc. and Joseph E. Seagle, Attorney at Law, capable of answering consumer’s hard-hitting questions. Metro City Realty’s panel of experts also includes other legal professionals, real estate agents, home inspectors, property appraisers, brokers, mortgage lenders and more!

The free service, which we believe to be the first of its kind Orlando, is set to debut Monday, February 19, 2007 and will be available to online consumers immediately.
