Stewart Robertson Completes Advanced Training In New Acupressure Tapping Method
(PRLEAP.COM) Glasgow, UK – Stewart Robertson, stress specialist and founder of The Stress Relief Clinic, completed Level 3 training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), last month. He now offers this controversial new healing modality to the public in Central Scotland.
Modelled on acupuncture, EFT combines focussed thought with gentle fingertip tapping of specific energy points mapped by Chinese physicians thousands of years ago.
Although not yet mainstream thinking, EFT is effective on numerous emotional and physical symptoms, and often works where everything else fails.
The Level 3 training was conducted in Studley, UK by EFT Master
Karl Dawson. The intensive training focussed on mastery of EFT for a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, phobias, trauma, health problems, and other subjects. Speaking before the training, Karl said, “My only issue with training you at Level 3 Stewart is that you are already too good!”
“EFT has helped me overcome substantial issues on my own life," Robertson explains, “but what excites me most is the generalisation effect. In many cases, once we apply EFT to several bothersome memories, an ‘emotional domino effect’ comes into play that seems to collapse related issues.”
“Of course this doesn’t happen in every case,” he says, “but my clients can’t hide their delight when it does. And, EFT can also help with physical issues, such as eczema and asthma among others.”
“I have great plans for this new material,” he says, "My new introductory workshops begin later this year and my phobia book will soon be available on Amazon.”
A complimentary EFT Running Start package, including principal tapping routines, an interactive MP3 tutorial, and case history collection, can be freely downloaded on Robertsons’ website here:
