Red Room Tapas Lounge To Host A Thanksgiving-Themed Cooking Course

RALEIGH, N.C. – Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that the company will host a Thanksgiving-themed cooking class at Red Room Tapas Lounge, located at 510 S. Glenwood Ave. from noon-2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17. The class, conducted by 1705Prime’s executive chef, Todd Ohle, will teach participants how to prepare turkey with prosciutto and hazelnut stuffing, cornbread dressing, lyonnaise sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash and pecan pie. The cost for the class is $50 per person, and 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association. For those who don’t want to cook, Todd Ohle will prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal for eight to ten guests that you can pick up, take home and heat and get the credit for making!
