The month of November marks a very special occasion for the patrons and sponsors of the 2008 Inspirations of the Heart Tour. This Thanksgiving season will launch the first annual woman’s advocacy tour throughout the world. The tour will feature artistic exhibitions of more than fifty stories of women who have struggled yet conquered severe challenges in life. Some of the testimonials are presented digitally and others will be shared via poetry readings & other creative expressions. Dorothy Mascovich, director of the Inspirations of the Heart Tour, has rallied corporate support from Dove Soap, the Oxygen Network, the American Breast Cancer Association, and Target.

Celebrity participants scheduled to appear on the U.S leg of the tour include Academy Award Winner Meryl Streep, Best Selling Author Anousheh Ansari, and Superstar Country Singer Reba McEntire. During the holiday portion of the program sponsors will provide Christmas care packages to local women’s crisis centers along the tour. Featured gifts in the care package will include Dove’s luxuries body-bathing sets, Westing-Gate Publishers’ “An Assortment of Rich Poems” book, clothing gift certificates from Target, Women’s advocate & mentor Debra Morton’s Blessings in a Bottle fragrance, local fitness & wellness membership certificates, and much more.

In select markets, the Inspirations of the Heart Tour will also feature candlelight serenading by some of today’s most vibrant male-heartthrobs to include Grammy Winners Alan Jackson & Tim Reid, as well as Rock-N-Roll star Butch Walker and triple threat entertainer Krishnar.

Inspirations of the Heart Tour admission will be free to the general public and is especially designed to celebrate the voice of women who continue to aspire to a higher quality of life. The tour program will host an official press reception on November 18th, 2007 at The Republic in West Hollywood located at 650 North La Cienega beginning at 8:00pm PST. Tour schedules, venue locations, and marketing & sponsorship initiatives will be announced at the reception.
