RALEIGH, N.C. – Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that Suzanne Mauget has been named general manager of Bogart’s American Grill. In this position, Mauget will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, which includes handling sales and marketing efforts, and training, developing and leading team members. Mauget, who has over 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, was general manager of Rocky Top Hospitality’s The Red Room Tapas Lounge for almost two years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University.
