WARE MALCOMB AWARDED TEN 303 PROJECT

Goodyear, Arizona – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb has been awarded the Ten 303 project, a 92 acre industrial park. The project is being developed by Mountain West Industrial Properties, of Greenwood Village, Colorado. Sandbox Development Consultants, Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona is assisting the developer with entitlement and project management in association with Ware Malcomb. The project will be located at the northwest corner of West Indian School Road and Cotton Lane in Goodyear, Arizona.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Phoenix office is providing master planning and architectural design services for this distribution center containing 9 industrial buildings totaling over 1.3 million square feet. These speculative, concrete tilt-up industrial buildings will range in size from 40,800 to 387,980 square feet. Buildings will vary in height and the building exteriors will have desert-sensitive window treatments and layered panels for elevation variation. Individual tenant entries will be highlighted with accent canopies.

The development will be built in phases. Phase I will contain buildings 3-6, and construction is estimated to begin in the second quarter of 2008 and be complete by the second quarter of 2009.
