WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES PACIFIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY'S PROJECT UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Aliso Viejo, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb is proud to announce that design has been completed and construction is due to be completed in February 2008 for Pacific Life Insurance office project situated at the Summit Office Campus in Aliso Viejo, California. The project is located at 45 Enterprise and is being developed by Parker Properties of Aliso Viejo, California.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s corporate office, located in Irvine, California, is providing architectural and interior design services for this Class A, steel-framed, nine-story office building totaling approximately 246,000 square feet, with an adjacent 6-level parking structure. The building exterior is pre-cast concrete with a glazing feature that runs up the four sides of the building. The project features a landscaped plaza with accent planters and feature walls, along with a Pedestrian Bridge, which connects the Parking Structure to the Office Tower. The interior design portion of the project was designed with an oceanic essence. Each floor includes multiple conference rooms and both open and private office space. On the first floor, there is also a Cafeteria that features indoor and outdoor seating. Marine artwork and a color palette characterized by muted greens, aquas, and blues is used throughout the interior space to reverberate the coastal feel.
