San Diego, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb announces that design and construction have been completed for Toyota San Diego, a full-service auto dealership developed by Conant Auto Retail Group, of Newport Beach, California. The project is located at 5910 Mission Gorge Road in San Diego, California.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Auto Group, which operates out of the corporate office, located in Irvine, California, provided architectural and interior design services for this 156,920 square foot single story auto dealership with rooftop parking, located on 8.3 acres. The dealership includes a 25,920 square foot Toyota showroom, customer lounge areas, Sales offices, Finance and Insurance offices, general business offices, conference rooms, meeting and training rooms, Retail Boutique, and a Parts Department. In addition to the main dealership, the project also includes a 27,616 square foot service area with 40 service bays and three (3) express lube lanes, as well as a 26,530 square foot body shop with 19 stalls, four (4) prep booth areas and two (2) painting booths.
