Reports can be automatically imported from anywhere in the enterprise into a centralized repository – an Oracle database – and managed via a simple web user interface. The integration to Oracle Secure Enterprise Search enables customers to search across the enterprise from the same user interface, giving them the benefit of quickly locating additional content related to the reports they are interested in. The solution provides tools for versioning, archival, workflow, approvals, and auditing that facilitate the achievement of regulatory compliance objectives and make it possible to automate business processes relevant to enterprise report management.
