Las Vegas, NV. November 17, 2007-After over six years of broadcasting "Les’ Wines & Vines" into all 50 states and around the world on six different internets Les Kincaid received a letter from a San Rafael, California company that sells to the wine industry ordering him to discontinue using his show’s name "Les’ Wines & Vines".

Wines & Vines is their registered trademark and with that they have certain propriety rights. According to Chet Klingensmith, president & publisher, "This includes the right to restrict the use of the trademark, or a confusingly similar trademark, in association with confusingly similar products or services. State and federal law supports their position that confusingly similar trademark, or references to, may cause confusion among customers." Wines & Vines Company demand that Kincaid cease and desist in any further use of Wines & Vines in association with the marketing, sale, distribution, or identification of publication, websites, radio shows, events, products, or services. They are the “We are the authoritative Voice of the Grape and Wine Industry Since 1919.” says Klingensmith.
