Celebrate Christmas Eve at the award-winning Ambrosia Restaurant

The award-winning Ambrosia Restaurant (www.ocpavilion.com) is pleased to offer a world class, 4-course Christmas Eve dinner on December 24, prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Rossi.

The 4-course menu is a celebration of the seasonal marketplace, featuring the freshest fruits, vegetables and entrees of the season. The dinner will run from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and prices are $60 per adult. Children 12 and under can order from a special menu for $20 per child. Guests will be treated to jazz and holiday music during dinner.

The menu features a choice of four Starters including Lobster Risotto, Petaluma Quail, Saffron Gnocchi or Pan Seared Goie Gras. The next course features a choice of Butternut Squash Soup or Baby Spinach Salad. The choice of Entrée’s includes Veal Côtelette, Confit of Muscovy Duck Leg, Arctic Charr Fillet or Prime Angus Flat Iron Steak. For dessert, guests can choose Panettone Bread Pudding, Bûche de Noël, “Omelette Norvégienne Flambée” or Egg Nog Crème Brulee. Dinner reservations are highly encouraged as reservations tend to fill up prior to the event.

Ambrosia’s Chef Rossi has received local and international praise for his culinary skills and earlier this year was invited to be a member of the Fraternity of the Côtes of Bordeaux Wine Council in a ceremony in France. In addition, Rossi and the Ambrosia Restaurant have received numerous awards this year ranging from Best Neighborhood Chef, Best Wine List, Most Romantic and Best Restaurant in Orange County.
