(Nashville, Tennessee — November 21th, 2007) Curb recording duo, Bomshel just returned from South Korea after making a series of army camp appearances including stops at Camp Hovey, Camp Humphreys, Camp Casey, Camp Walker, and Yongsan Garrison (Seoul) as part of a MWR (Morale, Welfare, Recreation) sponsored tour. Bomshel entertained troops overseas; performing high-energy sets and signing autographs at camp visits.

General Bell, senior member of the United State Army, and his wife Katie who hail from Tennessee and have an affinity for country music followed Bomshel and were delighted to have them in South Korea. The Bell's monitored the tour closely and attended the final performance which was sponsored by "Stars for Stripes." "Stars for Stripes" is a non-profit 501-C-3 corporation based in Nashville, Tennessee, dedicated to providing quality celebrity entertainment to troops deployed to remote areas overseas.

At each performance, Bomshel took the stage and impressed the American and Korean attendees. Their current single, "The Power of One" received a wholehearted response with its obvious tie-in with the slogan "An Army of One."

A tour of the demilitarized zone (DMZ) was a highlight of the group's visit. Everyone walked away from the experience with a better understanding of relations between Korea and America. The military newspaper, Stars and Stripes, once again supported the tour by holding a drawing at each camp wherein a lucky winner was taken backstage to meet Bomshel. The prize package included autographed items, cash, and their photo in Stars and Stripes.

Prior to their tour of South Korea, Bomshel performed at the 19th Anniversary of the Country Gold Festival in Kumamoto, Japan where a group of junior high students joined Bomshel on stage and danced to "The Bomshel Stomp." Joining Mark Chesnutt, The Lost Trailers, Cherryholmes, and Charlie Nagatani and the Cannonballs, the group performed before a crowd of over 20,000 enthusiastic Japanese fans. Country Gold is co-produced by Judy Seale International, Inc., also based in Nashville, Tennessee.
