Bob Moore Construction will end 2007 and start the new year with more than four million SF of ongoing projects all around Texas.

In Fort Worth, Bob Moore Construction is in the midst of a two-building project for Mercantile Partners. McCullah/MLM Architects of Dallas is the architect on this project. The two industrial spec buildings, Mercantile 16 (136,500 SF) and 17 (182,000 SF), are in their early stages of construction right now; these buildings represent the 26th and 27th projects Bob Moore Construction has built for Mercantile Partners.

Also in Fort Worth is the Eight Twenty Boulevard Distribution Center, a two-building project, for 5739 Pacific Partners, L.P. The two buildings (sized at 91,738 SF and 102,807) are located in the Rail Head Industrial area near the intersection of Blue Mound Road and 820 in West Fort Worth.

One of the more visible projects is the Pioneer 360 Business Center, a 1,200,000 SF project along State Highway 360 in Arlington for Flaherty Development. Alliance Architects of Richardson is the architect on this three-building project. The project began with the demolition of the Forum 303 Mall / Festival Marketplace, a high-profile effort that was promoted by the City of Arlington Mayor Robert Cluck. One reason this demolition was so highly publicized is that 75% of the materials coming from the buildings will be recycled. The Pioneer 360 Business Center is part of the same strategic community development plan that includes the new Dallas Cowboys stadium.

Another visible project is the I-30 Distribution Center, a 725,000 SF project for Trammell Crow Company. The two distribution center project is located along Interstate-30 near North Cockrell Hill Road in Dallas. Alliance Architects of Richardson is the architect.

South of Dallas, in the community of Wilmer, Construction is underway of a 758,922 SF distribution center. This building will reside in the First Park Dalport industrial park, directly aside I-45 just south of I-20. Pross Design Group in Dallas is the architect.

North of Dallas Bob Moore Construction has three projects underway. In Carrollton, Texas is the new 50,000 SF Harley-Davidson of North Texas dealership. This is the third Harley dealership the general contractor has constructed or expanded in the past 12 months. Avant Design Group in Arlington is the architect for this project.

Bob Moore Construction recently began the Legacy IV project in Plano, Texas. This 179,200 SF three-building project is being built for Lincoln Property Company. O’Brien & Associates in Dallas is the architect.

The First Garland Business Center project is a 423,000 SF building in Garland, Texas for First Industrial Realty Trust. This building represents the second phase of the First Garland Business Center Project; the first phase featured a 944,000 SF office and warehouse building. Hardy McCullah/MLM Architects of Dallas is the architect.

Bob Moore Construction’s ongoing project list extends outside the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex as well. The contractor is over half way finished with the Northwest Parkway Tech Center Building VII, a 56,300 SF flex-tech building in San Antonio, for CMC - Commercial Realty Group. The architect on this project is Rehler Vaughn & Koone, Inc. in San Antonio. Northwest Parkway Tech Center Building VII is the 46th collaboration between CMC and Bob Moore Construction.

Finally, Bob Moore Construction recently began the Vista Point II project in Austin, Texas. This 171,925 SF single load industrial building is being built for Lincoln Property Company. O’Brien & Associates in Dallas is the architect.
