Natural Hitter - APHA International Breeding Stallion

December 01, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
Reserve World Champion stallion, Natural Hitter, has successfully sold 12 breedings via frozen semen to two farms in New Zealand. Natural Hitter is registered with the American Paint Horse Association (APHA) and is tested 100% positive for the homozygous tobiano gene. Therefore, breeding to this stallion guarantees any and all mares, regardless of registry, to deliver a foal marked with a tobiano pattern.

After six week of rigorous and extensive testing, this remarkable stallion has sufficiently passed all necessary requirements to produce and market frozen semen abroad. The Peterson &Smith Equine Reproduction center in Ocala, Florida is in charge of the storage and shipment of all Natural Hitter's frozen semen.

The first recipient of Natural Hitter's international breeding program is Kushla Larsen of Gotcha Lookin Paint Stud farm in New Zealand. Ms. Larsen has purchased 6 breedings from Natural Hitter. The other 6 breedings have been sold to Donna and Sheree Bradley of Brasen Trust farm in New Zealand.

Natural Hitter was bred from a long line of well known champion horses. This exquisite breeding stallion is owned by Alice Harvell and Jerry Norris of Baker, Florida. Natural Hitter stands in Baker, Florida at A&J Paint Horses. A&J Paint Horses is a licensed and registered small business in Okaloosa County, Florida that breeds and sells paint horses.
