Lakeland, Florida. – Critical Response Networks (CRN), a Florida based GC/Electrical contractor with offices in Lakeland, Fla., and Baltimore, Md. and First Response Structures, an Indianapolis, In. manufacturer of the “Ready Shelter” temporary housing solution reached an agreement establishing CRN as an exclusive Florida dealer/distributor of the “Ready Shelter,” temporary housing solution. The “Ready Shelter” solution has successfully completed all required technical reviews and is now readily available for purchase and deployment as an acceptable alternative temporary housing solution. Critical Response Networks will be providing local pre-positioning, turn-key assembly and disassembly services throughout the State of Florida for the disaster market. Critical Response Network has committed to an initial inventory to be staged in Central Florida and used exclusively to support Florida’s disaster housing needs. Critical Response Networks is also currently negotiating other Gulf Coast dealerships and inventory commitments.

First Response Structures (FRS) “Ready Shelter” house is the industry’s only “green” wheat/straw panelized temporary housing solution. The “Ready Shelter” house kit not only offers an environmentally friendly and toxic free temporary housing alternative but also meets the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) compliance which defines the construction standards for handicap accessibility. CRN and FRS have worked together over the past two years designing a revolutionary installation friendly alternative to mobile homes and travel trailers which currently serve the temporary housing industry. The CRN and FRS dealership alliance brings all of these turn-key services into one local single contractor/dealer.

Commenting on the dealership, Michael M. Morgan, President/CEO of Critical Response Networks, said, “Our CRN dealership model is a turn-key proactive approach to serving the disaster market through locally pre-positioning our “Ready Shelter” products and training our local installation teams before an event.

We feel this approach will increase response times and remove the many logistical costs currently experienced in the temporary housing industry today.”
