Lorraine Anderson Joins BJAC, P.A.

RALEIGH, N.C. – Lou Jurkowski, chief executive officer of BJAC, P.A., (www.bjac.com) one of the largest woman-owned architectural design firms in the Southeast, has announced that BJAC has hired Lorraine Anderson as computer aided drafting (CAD) manager, first-tier IT support and draftsman. In her new position, Anderson will complete drafting assignments, supervise CAD standards and training, implement building information modeling (BIM) and provide IT support. Anderson has worked in the drafting industry since 1978 and received her associate’s degree in architectural drafting from the Annapolis Valley Campus of Nova Scotia Community College in Middleton, Nova Scotia, Canada. A pilot in her native Canada, Anderson is a member of, Autodesk Users Group International (AUGI) and a former member The Ninety-Nines, Inc., International Organization of Women Pilots
